Been on the phone with verizon for 27 mintues trying to cancel my phone service (that's right we're finally entering the 21st century and going landline free!). Currently on hold to talk to the 4th "consultant" at Verizon. wow, imagine if it took this long to set up an account! Now moving to 5th. And...they hung up on me.
nice. That's called effective customer retention.
